Have you ever been in a crowded space, looked around at all the people and thought to yourself, “Everyone here has a story. I wonder what it is.” That’s what prompted me to create this business – to bring stories to life. Stories both big and small that define our lives. No story is too small to change the world or, at least, someone’s world. I’m so excited to provide this service to you.

FAQ

How long does it take to receive a story?

We process all of the orders as quickly as we can while still giving time and consideration to each story. For just the written words, it will take one week maximum. The prints and framed prints will take three weeks.

If I don’t like my story, can I change it before it is printed?

We do our best to capture your moment. All stories will be emailed for approval before printing. If you purchased the design alone, you can have it rewritten and redesigned for a $5 fee.

I processed my order but haven’t received the story submittal email yet. What should I do?

We’re sorry for your inconvenience. Reach out to support and they will take care of it.
